| Job description | : Position Vacant DGM (Caustic Soda) – Plant In charge Job Description (Define bullet Points which depicts the Job Profile of the Candidate) • Plant Head/HOD of Caustic Soda Plant • Operation and maintenance of a modern and large Caustic Soda plant (750 TPD) • Day to day O&M activities of entire plant – Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation. • Project planning, Erection, Commissioning of new plant and equipment. • Overall responsible for quality & quantity of Caustic, Chlorine, Hydrogen, Sodium Hypo Chloride and HCL Products. • Optimization of plant efficiency and energy conservation. • Required to streamline Caustic Soda production by fulfilling environment norms and safety. • Leading the team of Managers and Engineers of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Process department. • Experience of new membrane technology and thorough knowledge of Chemical engineering for process optimization. Key Skills • Process Management and Safety • Team Management (To handle the team of Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation. • Plant reliability and availability to meet the Production targets • Liaison with Government authorities for obtaining necessary approvals and clearances. Experience Range 30 – 35 yrs. Age around +50 yrs. Location Kalatalav, Bhavnagar. Industry Any Similar Industry Functional Area • Plant Head - Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrogen, Flaking, HCL, Bromine. • Operation and maintenance activities of entire plant – Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Education Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Required Candidate’s Profile (Details of Candidate like expected candidature ,Specific Industry Experience, specific technology awareness etc to be mentioned) • He should be capable of handling operation and maintenance team. • Experience of Caustic soda technology supplied by UDHE (Thyssen krupp) • He should possess thorough knowledge of Cell house, flaking unit, HCL furnace, Pumps, Chlorine compressors, Hydrogen Compressors, PHEs, Chlorine filling stations, bagging, Piping, Tanks, Vessels etc, • Fluent in English writing as well as speaking. He must have experience to deal with team of expert engineers as well as leadership quality. • He should have knowledge of operation of DCS, Rectifiers, Recti formers, power distribution system, mechanical maintenance and instrumentation & control system. • He must have business acumen. Knowledge of SAP PP/MM/PM modules. |
