| Job description | :  Minimum 25 Years Experience of Managing Instrumentation & Control Systems, Operation & Maintenance in Thermal/Soda Ash Plant :  Familiar with different types of Flow Meters l;ike Magnetic Flow Meter, Vortex Flow Meter, Mass Flow Meter & DP Type Flow Meter and also calibration of DP Type Flow Transmitter.  Knowledge in Calibration, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters (Nisko), Level Transmitters.  Installation and Maintenance of Thermocouples, RTD’s of Make Aloha, Altop & Waaree, Redix, PYRO.  Control Valves Installation, Calibration of the valve positioned I to P and Electro Pneumatic like YTC, ABB, For. Marshal, ARCA, IL, MASCOT.  Installation & Servicing of Make Rotex, Elomatic, Tore ON/OFF Valves.  Well knowledge in calibration of Control Valves of Makes Dembla, Pnucon, Mascot, SKVMIL.  Handled field communicators of Yokogawa, ABB, Immersion HART.  Worked with PID Controller of Yokogawa.  Worked with AC Drive of ABB (ACS 550) & Allen Bradley, Siemens, L&T, Yass Kava.  Weight Balance Calibration.  Handling Audits related activities like Weight, Measurement & Control and Inst. Tagging.  PR of Instrumentation, Service PR, Material issue by using SAP Connection.  Allen-Bradley (RSLogix 5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000) and Control l;ogic familiar SIEMENS 57-400. |
