| Job description | : Position: Manager –Sales & Marketing Experience: 8 – 10 years Job Location: Corporate Office, Hospet Qualification: BE (Chemical/ Env.) / MBA (Marketing) Probable Salary Range: 08 -10 LPA Preferred Industry: Waste water Treatment / Sewage Water Treatment Plant industry KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: Ø Scouting prospective customers and generating the enquiries for new businesses. Ø Understanding the customer requirement and negotiating terms of agreement in closing the sales. Ø Submitting the proposal to higher authorities for approval and further execution. Ø Tracking the execution of new orders. Ø Maintaining and developing cordial relationship with the existing customers and providing solutions to their queries and complaints. Ø Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly targets set. Ø Representing the company at trade exhibitions, demonstrations and events. Ø Updating the company with the latest developments in market pertaining to products, technology and customer expectations. Ø Updating reporting authority on sales and other activities on daily basis. Ø Upholding the company’s brand name and image in right perspective. Ø Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS and reports. Ø Need to travel to meet customers and mentor team under him. |
