Job description	: Knowledge of mineral processing, especially metals & in particular iron ore  Contract management related to mineral beneficiation plants erection & commissioining;  Understanding of Techno economic aspects of mineral processing  Understanding of Environment related issues in mineral beneficiation plants. Environment clearances.  Project management of setting up mineral beneficiation plants Evaluation of mineral processing testworks; flow sheet developments; Cost estimations etc. for metals & minerals  Development of basic engineering for selected flow sheet; costing & preparation of Techno Economic Feasibility Reports  Preparation of RFP documents, floating enquiries & inviting proposals for mineral beneficiation plants  Evaluation of proposals from prospective vendors, comparing proposals - technically & financially; management reports  Getting plant related environmental clearances - working with consultants;  Supervising EPC contractors, Project management;  Supervising Plant erection & Commissioning, trial runs, contract management  Other related works to research on mineral beneficiation technologies, advancements & cost optimizations.
