| Job description | : ob description Roles and Responsibilities One of the leading wind mill company in Karnataka is looking for DGM Wind Power. The candidate should be BE Electrical or Mechanic. Should have minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in wind mill operation. Age should be between 30 to 40 years old. He should be good at man management and should be able to lead a team of 15 + Should have commanding communication skill. Other key skill required is as follows: Management of existing and new wind farm assets, including site teams. Execution and operation of new power projects. • Contract administration; co-ordination and follow ups with O&M contractors. • Performance monitoring and optimization of wind mills. • Interaction with electricity boards on technical & business issues as and when required. • Should be able to handle the site more or equivalent to 100 MW • Exposure to Solar projects is an added advantage Desired Candidate Profile Budgeted CTC 20 to 25 lakhs p.a.
