| Job description | : · Location: Mumbai · Minimum Qualification : B.E · Desired Qualification: The candidate must be B.E. or MCA with specialization in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Technology etc. · Age : 25-35 years · Required Experience range : 5-7 years (minimum 5 years of experience in development and design) · Division : Mumbai · Department : Information Technology Purpose: · We are looking for a proficient .Net Developer to build EDI solutions using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. · You will develop EDI integrations amongst various trading partners, configure existing systems and provide user support. · In this role, you should be able to write clean functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. · Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain EDI solutions. · You should exhibit excellent communication, multi-tasking & interpersonal skills. · You should be ready to travel to different geographies (outside India) on short and long-term basis Roles & Responsibilities: · Proficient in .Net Development (preferably VB.Net) with strong SQL experience is must. Experience in C# is good to have. · Work experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or higher / Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher is required. · Good knowledge in Windows application and/or Web development in the past with knowledge on API programming. · Relevant experience in working with XSD schemas, coding standards, technical documentation, clean coding and creating/executing test plans. · Should be willing to take up challenges and upgrade one's skillset in staying relevant. · Proficient in communication, understanding the requirement and engaging with client and/or customer to drive the projects from scratch to closure. · Good to have knowledge on EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV) with relevant mappings (not mandatory). · Experience with MS BizTalk server is a plus. · Good to have functional experience/knowledge on logistics business model but not mandatory. |
