| Job description | : Roles and Responsibilities Min 8 to 10 years of experience in Production and quality assurance dept in any polymer processing industry having large varieties of product, which are technically enriched Job Description: 1) Daily monitoring of lot-wise product test values and quality approval process.All deviations are to be highlighted for the respective plants for necessary actions. All actions are to be tracked till the matter is concluded. 2) Approval of QM master for all the items which are listed for FG and SFG.All corrections are to be initiated for the current master for the desired test values. Revised values are to be incorporated which are incorrect or of the wider ranges.cAll products BOM to be verified for actual usage and all the changes are to be highlighted for the necessary action 3) Tracking of all the new item code generations (main plant) for their quality standards and the observations are to be shared wih the technical heads for the necessary corrections. 4) All specifications for the incoming materials - RM / supporting RM / Chemicals and Additives / MB are to be revivified in the MM module master for the correct specification. Verification of GRN for the approval process and also to check the details for the new items 5) Quartly audit of declared Quality policy / SOP / Calibration of the instruments /standard approved samples with indexing / external and internal test certificates, Customer Complaint at all location. 6) Arrangement for the certification and testing of the product from the external agency. 7) Operating manual to be prepared for all the external certified products with the checklist to ensure no deviation in the manufacturing process and also in the BOM. 8) Codification of all the important materials to protect the technology. 9) Coordination with Marketing for any technical queries regarding the product quality/ test values standards. 10) Documentation of the competitor's sample analysis. 11) MIS - Weekly status report to be submitted against the running task list. Monthly report to be submitted against the activity carried out against each point of JD. 12) Knowledge of BIS and other internal standards as applicable for the existing products are essential 13) Exposure to handle management QA department of multi-location production unit. Competency of using QA module of SAP is must. 14) The position requires travelling to all location on regular basis.
