Job description : Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities Overall administration support to various stake holders & user community. Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration. Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems. Periodical Trainings to country admins (Train the Trainer). Take pro-active steps in process improvements Design, develop, test and implement new processes, Creation & publishing management dashboards as required. Support management of integrated sales processes, analyses the deficit & engage the stake holders to come up with action plan. Track & reports the agreed actions till concluded. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Self-starter, Result oriented and quality focused personality with good analytical skills · Any Bachelor Degree · Evidenced ability to manage multiple task and work on priorities · Preference for knowledge of various business applications (BI, QV etc). · Proficient with MS-Office products, especially MS Excel, where advanced skills and experience are required · Good communication skills (written and verbal communication) · Previous experience in an end-user technical support role Language Skills English is the principal language for this position. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment Computer Skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
