In addition, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools; delivering a five-star candidate experience; and contributing to the representation of Baldota employment brand and culture. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment/applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function. v Manager HR is proposed considering the volume of recruitment and focus on candidate experience to improve employer branding and upcoming Steel Plant Recruitment.
