Job description | : DGM – Sales & Marketing Designation DGM – Sales & Marketing Experience 15 -20 Yrs Age 40 -45 Yrs Industry Water Treatment/Chemical Qualification BE/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering), MBA (Marketing) CTC 30 LPA Base Location Hospet Direct reports Job Requirements · The incumbent shall be responsible for Overall Sales and Marketing based at Hospet and managing PAN India sales operation. Role and Responsibilities · Complying statutory obligations, contractual obligations and implement various guidelines from authorities. · To achieve Sales & Business Development target : To achieve sales targets as per budget including profitability; Preparing annual budgets, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, updating of market intelligence reports like Customer requirements, Competitor profiles, Key customer presentations, customer profiles, new project list and opportunity pipelines · Strategic Business Planning : Planning business strategy for improved market presence, improving sales and having edge over competitors; Performing sales, trend, and profitability analysis; Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational goals developing & expanding distribution for achieving revenue & profitability targets · Key Account Management : Managing key customers for continuous orders, maintain professional relationship and obtaining customer feedback for product development · Participation in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, seminars for enhancing product visibility in market · Competitor Analysis : Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors' activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies · Client Relationship Management: Ensuring continuous engagement with customers; obtaining product feedback & updating technical team on feedback obtained from customer for improving product quality, etc. · Receivable Management: Ensuring revenue realization from sales made; estimating credit worthiness of customers · Team Building, Training & Development : Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the sales team · To identify qualifying partners for joint bidding and participation in tenders and securing support from identified partners / companies for successful bidding in wastewater and solid waste management tenders.. · Any other work assigned to you from time to time. |
