Job description	: Job Profile: 1) To ensure productivity of unit as per target. 2) To keep all equipments / machines healthy and productive. 3) To practice required safety norms within the Manufacturing activities all the time without compromise. 4) To maintain quality of the product within declared norms. 5) To acquire knowledge of all products and process manufactured in plant. 6) To keep continuous focus on 4M and upgrade. 7) To keep declared inventory always in stock by ensuring appropriate space management within the storage area and manufacturing area. 8) Creating channel to transfer required skill in all operating personnel of the Unit. 9) To co-ordinate with HR department for preparing Skill Matrix and to do competency mapping. 10) To implement SAP manufacturing module in every part of operational activities. 11) To introduce the culture of working within the frame work of TPM, Kaizen in the organization. 12) EDOD of new orders to be delivered within 2 days from the order date 13) Continuous improvement for cost reduction in manufacturing expenses product wise by suggesting plant modification, best manufacturing practices / first pass yield / compounding etc. 14) To maintain harmonious relationship with the employees and ensure discipline as well as motivate and reward team with the operators. 15) To support NPD team for speedy development of new products.
