| Job description | : A leading Shipping company into handling Dry & Liquid Bulk, break bulk activities is looking for Head of finance. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant. He should have experience in Agency handling break bulk activities or in Logistic industry. He will be responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, treasury activities, statutory compliances etc. He is also responsible for handling PDA/FDA, inward & Outward remittances. He should be able to lead the team. He should be able to deal with Banks and Financial institutions. He should have depth knowledge in direct/indirect tax, Transfer pricing, FEMA, DTAA and Freight tax. Position based at Mumbai. Budgeted CTC 32 lakhs p.a. to 35 lakhs p.a. |
