| Job description | : A leading Shipping company is looking for Head of finance for its Agency division. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant. He should have experience in Shipping Agency or in Logistic industry. He will be responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, treasury activities, statutory compliances etc. He should be able to lead the team. He should be able to deal with Banks and Financial institutions. He should have depth knowledge in direct/indirect tax, Transfer pricing, FEMA, DTAA and Freight tax. Position based at Mumbai. Budgeted CTC 32 lakhs p.a. to 35 lakhs p.a. |
