| Job description | : Roles and Responsibilities One of the leading protective packaging company is looking for Senior Commercial Manager for its operation at Madhya Pradesh Desired Candidate Profile 1) To ensure all commercial function of the unit in existence 2) Heading all Account Activities and monitoring of all accounts transaction 3) Responsible for statutory compliance in all financial taxation, & excise formalities 4) Implementation and compliance of all management instructions for budget monitoring/unit authority/information for non-compliance of accounting procedures 5) Implementation of 5S and ISO Compliance in functional areas 6) Ensuring timely and accurate compliances with respect to various statutory dues Sales Tax, Excise, Others 7) Risk management: Ensuring that assets of the company are insured against all possible risks and also a timely renewal of various insurance policies. 8) Report on cost-saving project undertaken by the plants 9) Sales tax-related co-ordination (including assessment) 10) Co-ordination with various functional heads/department for timely completion of MIS 11) Report on weekly sales realization ( Along with analysis and reason of change with respect to the previous period) 12) Co-ordination with stores department for Inventory Control as per target 13) Commercial co-ordination of fabrication / Conversion unit 14) Coordination with Excise department 15) Tax assessment legal compliance in Excise 16) New vendor development for a better quality of product and cost reduction. 17) Negotiation with suppliers. 18) Arrangement of material during a crisis situation. 19) Disposal of non-moving inventory & non-usable scrap 20) MIS for management review and submission of MIS compliance calendar as schedule.
