Manufacturing Budget preparation based on sales projection and monitoring.Capability Building of OrganisationWork upon improving the profitability of the Unit SAP implementation and real-time working Work upon implementation of best practices of manufacturingIn-house project execution and monitoring of all expenses. Work upon continuous improvements & Cost-saving projects closes monitoring of new business/product development improvement of productivity Compliance of HR and admin policy as listed in the manual. Compliance of Safety policy of the unit ISO certification and audit Timely/proactive address of IR issues practice 5S all the time Inventory management and control.TQM implementation To develop a culture to ensure consistent excellence in customer service.
