Role and Responsibilities · Responsible for all HR related functions · Recruitment & Induction and Maintaining Personnel Files and other documentation · To ensure all statutory compliance under various laws · Training and Development of all employees · Wage & salary administration. · Compensation Management · Liaison with statutory & govt.
