Job description	: Job Title : Head of Safety · Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing all health and safety related policies and procedures in organization. · Ensures that the company complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling, storage, usage & disposal · Reviewing the HSE Regulations, procedures and guidelines and maintaining the safety and security of the organization · Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area. · Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety · Go into the field to investigate environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within the organization. · Lead overall construction safety plan development & review · Develop & deploy cross site safety standard & practices safety management system · Track & report safety database on a weekly basis & Lead Safer Meetings, investigation & Documentation · Develop project work permit system Requirements- · Should hold a relevant Bachelors Degree · At least 5-7 years of experience in the same field · Should be able to and review safety hazards and come up with control measures · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Familiarity with the applicable HSE policies, laws as well as regulations Strong knowledge of environment management practices Location Djibouti (Africa) Shared accommodation and transportation will also be provided
