Job description	: Position Associate/Officer/Sr. Officer Nature of Employment Permanent Department Production Qualification Diploma/B.Sc./MSc (Chemistry) Technical Competencies Aware of cGMP norms/guidelines, Safety Practices Physical Capabilities Normal skin and appendages, no chest diseases, no physical deformity/disability/disorder/vision bilateral corrected, no color blindness, hearing bilateral normal, blood pressure within normal range, no communicable/infectious/occupational diseases, no acrophobia Process Safety Knowledge Work permit system, safe handling of chemicals, should be able to identify unsafe act & conditions, Use of various PPE's, Fire fighting / Mock drill etc. Start-up and shutdown activity. Experience 1 to 6 yrs. Age 30 years CTC 2.5 to 5.5 LPA Job Description: a) Physical checking of the vessels for process. b) Supervision of batch charging and verification of RM quantities. c) Monitoring and maintaining of the parameters as per SOP. d) Carrying out sampling as per sampling plan. e) Complying GMP and Safety norms. f) Maintaining and updating Batch Production Records. g) Timely reporting of all the process deviations/maintenance jobs to superiors. h) Operating equipment as per process need. i) Getting the job done through Department Assistant. j) Follow-up with service departments to get the job done in time. k) To ensure cleanliness of the equipment before starting batch. l) To carry out in-process sampling as and when required. m) Issuance and dispensing of raw material whenever required. n) Updating the status boards as per scheduled time. o) To maintain harmonious relations and discipline in the plant.
