Job description | : JOB SUMMARY: - Responsible talent acquisition, PMS, employee engagement, statutory compliance, employee relations and HR operations for the entire region QUALIFICATIONS:- Education and/or Experience:  Post Graduate in HR  Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position / preferably in a generalist role Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities:  Ability to engage with business stakeholders and understand business requirements  Knowledge of handling end to end employee life cycle processes  Knowledge of Labour laws  Knowledge of managing Compensation & Benefits  Budgeting & Cost Control  Ability to analyse Human Resource trends in the industry.  Ability to develop good interpersonal relationships & building effective teams  Personal ownership & integrity  Committed to achieving results that support business in achieving their goals  Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills.  Positive attitude DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Basic Job Description:  Engaging with the business heads to understand business objectives for the region, and putting in place HR processes to help achieve these objectives.  Engaging with the business teams to understand issues on the ground, and working with the management to address the same.  Managing talent acquisition & meeting manpower requirements as per the agreed timelines.  Designing employee engagement calendar and driving engagement activities in the region.  Facilitating and implementing yearly and half yearly appraisal process.  Mentoring, developing and coaching team members by measuring their performance.  Engaging with manpower vendors to address contractual staffing requirements of the business.  Maintaining compliance to labour laws on the office/warehousing premises and providing guidelines to vendors as well to complying with statutory norms and requirements.  Identifying training needs to employees and facilitating OTJ trainings  Monitoring and supervising administrative and security function  Managing SGA costs within budgets |
