Job description	: Associate Manager Designation Associate Manager Reporting to Head - Commercial Experience 6 – 8 Yrs Age 40Years Industry Steel and mining industry experience is preferred Qualification Diploma or degree in materials management /logistics /finance management CTC 08 -10 LPA Base Location Hospet Job Requirements 1. Diploma or degree in materials management /logistics /finance management with hands on experience in buying 2. Should have very good working knowledge of SAP MM module. HANNA base preferred. 3. Should be very good at MS Excel and power point. 4. Should be innovative 5. Should have the ability to understand the impacts of MM module in FICO Module Role and Responsibilities 1. E-procurement system for paperless, transparent and efficient P2 P cycle ordering of materials. 2. Develop /automate purchasing activities through SAP or integration to SAP with other tool for efficient system, controls and reduce cycle period 3. Responsible for department system development (ex- SAP MM validations). 3.New vendor registration in SAP for all buyers in company. 4. Develop on line vendor portal including registration of new vendors l 5. Keeping a check for duplicate vendor registration. 6. Data analysis and building system controls in SAP to avoid repetitive purchase of items. 7. Development of new validations in SAP for unbiased procurement of material. 8. GST update for vendor in SAP after validation. 9. MSME vendor management as per government compliance. 10. Generating periodic reports using Excel, Word, Graphs and Charts as required by department and management for presentation purpose with unchallenged expertise. 11.
