Job description : Job Description Job Title : Manager Department : Service Quality (ILS) Western India Location/Cty : Mumbai , India CTC - 20 to 30 LPA Total Exp - 10 to 17 yrs Industry - shipping/Logistics/Freight forwarding 1. Brief Description This position will lead and implement Service Quality and IT products/ projects and assignments related to customer solutions and operations to achieve Service Excellence for the Western region of India based in Mumbai. 2. Key Result Areas · Guide and supervise International Operations (ILS) team team to execute export /import , exceptional operational handling , technical training , systems SME support · Provide business process technical support to achieve service excellence objectives Education: University Degree ( Full time 5 to 8 yrs) required. Preferable - Post Graduate Degree / Graduate or Engineering Bachelors Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in Logistics Industry/ Shipping/ Import/Export department Exposure to Air/ocean transportation/ Logistics / 3PL in working with a Supply chain service provider Preferbably exposure to Order Mangement / Buyers Consolidation process & systems and related forwarder ERP systems Service Quality / process audit / operations excellence role exposure would be an added advantage Skills Set: Possess Customer Service mindset and passion for Service excellence Leadership Self driven and motivated Capable of working with cross functional Teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional with positive self-image Technology savvy with good hands on experience in MS office , Logistics/Forwarding ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and under flexible time schedules for conf. calls Ability to develop long term customer relationship while maintaining company interest Action Oriented – Drive for Results Dealing with ambiguity Ability to Multi-task Ability & passion to coach & train Associates Problem solving skills Laser Sharp-Focus Language Skills: Proficient in Spoken & written English . **********************
