| Job description | : Job Description:Assistant Manager – Business Planning & Analysis · Job Title:Manager – Business Planning & Analysis · Reporting to:Team Lead – BP&A · Level:Manager · Location:Mumbai · Minimum Qualification: B.Com/ Specialization in Finance · Desired Qualification: Diploma or MBA in Finance · Age: 25-35 years · Required experience range: 5 - 10 years · Targeted industry: Any Purpose: Providing timely, reliable and relevant analytics Roles and Responsibilities: · Analysing, investigating and preparing presentations for senior management on key movements and trends in the financial statements compared to previous years and budget for 90+ offices. Recommend action plan in line with the analysis · Perform analysis with transactional data from the company and industry to generate insights on profitability by Region, Office, Tradelanes, and Customers · Working with Financial controllers worldwide to prepare and review annual financial plans · Assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement areas · Champion continuous business process improvement initiatives in the planning process · Designing and implementing BI dashboards with the help of Vendors/IT Team to review company’s performance for operational & financial dimensions. Directing the automation of these dashboards to reduce time to insight & increase accuracy of reporting process · To liaison with various internal stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting Any other analysis as requested by senior management on time to time basis Desired Candidate’s Profile: 1. Should be graduate and MBA (Finance) is preferred 2. Should have 5 - 10 years of experience in MIS, Analysis 3. Hands on in excel and familiar to work with the systems 4. Should have good communication skills and positive attitude. |
