Job description	: JOB DESCRIPTION DESIGNATION Sr. Manager/Manager : Technical Production DEPARTMENT Factory / Plant Operations REPORTING TO CEO NUMBER OF REPORTEES - 3 to 4 direct : Millers / Engineers / maintenance persons / Project team members LOCATION - Kolkata Preferable.. Or Mumbai. OBJECTIVE To successfully manage the plant Technical operations s and take responsibility of Production-output / Yield and Projects KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Unit Productivity Production Operations monthly Plan execution across Own plants Planning, Utilization and Yield Control Daily Production track / Yield track Standard Vs actuals for Variety of Pulses across plants Suggesting and implementing change overs Achieving more than 80% + Capacity Utilization across plants given demand. Cost Control - Monitoring cost of labour, electricity and other engineering consumption within budget value as well as standard requirement. Variable cost control Changeover cost control Project Cost Control Manpower Management - Team development, proper scheduling for smooth execution, motivate to achieve Production target. Providing/organizing training program of food safety, industrial safety etc. Project & Capex Implementation - Increasing capacity of plant, Upgrade the process for cost effectiveness. Set up / Convert Plant lines, consumer packaging facility in all Unit. Contribute to set up other commodities rather than Pulses. Contribute for setting up / running Pea Protein / Feed plants Quality Assurance & Certification Maintain constant quality product Innovation & Implementation- New Innovation which reduce the operation cost as well as smooth execution in process. Reduction In Demerge- Maintain always ready conveying system and silo section for Smooth Berge operation. Planning properly batching in system. Control in Audit- Maintain Proper documentation in Production, Maintenance and quality for internal as well as external audit purpose. QUALIFICATION B.E/B Tech + Operations management will be added advantage WORK EXPERIENCE 8-12 years COMPENSATION As per Industry standards
