Job description : Job Title : Sales Job Location : Delhi / Gurgaon Industry : Transportation / Trucking No .Of Positions: 4 QUALIFICATIONS:- A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree is strongly preferred for this position. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and make informed decisions. Prior work experience involving sales and negotiations in the transportation / trucking industry is strongly preferred. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with good math skills. Budget – 2.50 to 7.00 CTC Per Annum. Experience: 0 to 7Yrs of Relevant Experience RESPONSIBILITY:- This position reports to the General Manager or AVP Sales. This role requires up to 70% travel (domestically), including overnight stays (IF REQUIRED). Ability to create and execute business plans and deliver financial results. Ability to establish and cultivate excellent working relationships with engineering, sales and operations. Collection follow-up will be the major part of sales person, Profit margin should be 20-25% from the NET (** This clause will be fixed based on the requirements) Passion and integrity in sales which drive to excel and deliver exceptional results. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Innovate, Advocate and Implement better Sales Strategies. To implement all aspects of Sales Process encompassing all sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring all customers within the defined area. Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets & Driving tactical sales measures to fill idle space if any Analyzes and controls expenditure of the division to conform to budgetary requirements. To prepare sales reports on a monthly basis. To assist the Sales Head in preparing the annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the same. Identify contacts of potential and target customers align with strategy [industry, products, and geographies], open doors and start a relationship on local level. Value assessment of tenders and opportunities for Contract Logistics. Ownership of the sales process for local tender projects & work on RFI/RFQ/RFP written responses Coordinate the response with all relevant business fields and engage the required resources, in order to finalize the value solution. Discuss price level with responsible profit & loss (P&L) person & facilitate final approval for submission to the customer.
