Job description : Job Title : Manager - Implementation Job Location : Mumbai Division: Quality Department Reports To: AVP, Quality QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience Requirements: Graduate, preferably an MBA in Marketing or International trade 7 to 8 years of experience in similar industry will be an added advantage, can be from out of industry (Express/ Transportation/ Courier) Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities: Ability to execute project activities of high complexity within stretch time lines and in a dynamic environment Computer literate Business acumen and strong knowledge for Freight Forwarding processes Basic communication skills Basic product knowledge ( Air Import , Air Export , Ocean Import , Ocean Export, Custom Clearance ) Strong facilitation and change management skills Outgoing with positive attitude Patience & persistence Adaptable to our existing systems and processes Team player with ability to work with cross-functional and cross cultural teams DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Basic Job Description Define, measure, analyze customer requirements. Articulate the requirements into a documented procedure. Find measures to improve and control the documented procedure Develop method of change management inclusive of ownership of documentation library, process training and communication plans etc. Train staff to present quality results for organization as required. Understand the technical aspects required and direct to respective cross-functional teams Oversee and control the operations progress. Identify and communicate risks / issues proactively and lead problem-solving initiatives Ensure proper and timely project reporting and communication Assist branch management in capturing agreed implementation benefits (training, monitoring, providing support as required, etc.) Liaise closely with various stakeholders to achieve implementation objectives and timelines Should be comfortable to travel occasionally based on the implementation demands Identify and evaluate the project needs and scope Conduct root cause analysis and business review Able to manage exception cases Ensure all processes undertaken follow 100% compliance RELATIONSHIPS:- Works Closely With: Internal – Direct – AVP Quality, Branch Managers, Sales, KAM Internal - Indirect – Shared Services External Client Representatives (Visiting Team) Interested candidates can send their updated word format resume along with these details to shashi@busisol.net Total Experience : Current CTC : Expectation : Notice Period : For further details please feel free to call on : 9632132724 (Ms. Shashi Narayan)
