Job description | : M-Sand| Program Manager – Strategy & Planning Designation AGM/DGM/GM Reporting to Business Head Experience 10- 15 years Age 30 Yrs Industry Construction Aggregate & M-sand Business Industry / Cement & RMC/ Infrastructure & Construction/ Mining/ Iron & Steel Qualification BE, B.Tech, B Com, BA with MBA from institute of repute with specialization in Marketing and strategy CTC 20 -25 LPA Base location Hospet Direct reports Job Requirements • In-depth understanding on the construction market dynamics viz. sand, aggregate, RMC, cement, etc • Strong Research & Analytical Skills • Ability to handle multi-functional constraints & ability to provide quick hand solutions • Presenting business analytics to Top Management and present the opportunities & challenges • Ability to generate to new business ideas, marketing initiatives, ideas on cost control, expansion plans, etc • Strong networking capabilities • Ability to work under high pressure situation having a self-initiation quality Role and Responsibilities • Central Point of Coordination with all the Project Managers (Plant Heads), Plant Purchase In-charge, Quality In-charge for all different plant locations & also with the Central Marketing & Finance Team • To understand & assimilate the needs & requirements of different plant locations & briefing them to the Business Head & the Directors with suggestions on action • To co-ordinate & work with the Marketing & Sales Team & help in formulating marketing & selling strategies • To co-ordinate & work with the respective Project Managers (Plant Heads) to plan production schedules • Work on Strategy for growth of business in different geographies, while profiling the competitors’ strategies. Tracking of financials of different units and consolidating the same to present to business head. • To develop & maintain effective MIS for Management decision making • To continually look opportunities for new market segments to target through primary & secondary research and discuss on plan of actions with the management • To continually look for expansion of business on pan-India basis & preparation of White Papers on various opportunities • To continually track competitors' movements & develop counter strategies for the management to decide • To continually look for industry's Best Practices & aligning company's strategies accordingly • To represent the company in various seminars & conferences • Any other work assigned to you on time to time basis |
