| Job description | : Job Title : Executive Assistant Location-Chennai Experience – 6 to 8 yrs experience as Business analyst or PMO preferably having worked in large organisation No. of Position- 2 Qualification – MBA- preferably from Finance / CA from Tier 1 colleges Roles and Responsibilities: • Regular communication with management on project progress status • Preparing business review reports • Ensure accurate tracking and MIS reporting of progress, performance of projects in terms and cost. • Creating status reports for senior management review. • Create presentations, maintain minutes of meeting, • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned. • Participate in formulation & implementation of strategy and improvement initiatives • Do competitive analysis and project feasibility analysis • Monitor and analyze business &operational performance, track progress of projects and highlight performance issues timely. • Prepare board, budget, and other management presentations Skills: • Team Player • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skill • Good planning, organising, coordinating skills • Time management skills • Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word & PPT • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Languages Known-English,Tamil and Hindi Location : Chennai (Open to Travel) Salary-10 to 12 lakhs Interested candidates can send their updated word format resume along with these details to shashi@busisol.net Total Experience : Current CTC : Expectation : Notice Period : For further details please feel free to call on : 9632132724 (Ms. Shashi Narayan) |
