Job description : JOB DESCRIPTIONFOR HEAD ADMIN Designation- Head Administration Location-Chennai Experience-15+yrs relevant experience in Admin preferably having worked in large organisation Qualification – Any Graduate Roles and Responsibilities: · Would be the Head for Administration, Facility Management, Maintenance, Infrastructure & other related Functions · Manage the entire administration function for all locations across India · Develop and reviewAdmin policies, systems, procedures and internal controls · Procurement and Vendor management, · Cost Management, renewal and re-negotiation of prices, · Administration and Liasoning · Regulatory compliance · General Administration · Asset and Facility Management including utilities, energy & water services · Procurement and Vendor Management · General and staff Insurance and Medical Insurance management •Security Management •Canteen Management, •Visitor management, •Stationery & Courier Management, •Travel, hotel, guest house and hospitality Management, •Vehicle and car fleet management •Event Management, Meeting Arrangements · Liasioning with various Govt. Authorities · Handle Electrical, Civil, Maintenance work in offices, branches, plant and work on Cost management initiatives · Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Contract Services, Generator, Manage Janitorial services · Lead the project management initiatives of the organisation for identifying new office space, vendor selection to execute office design and development, project execution, refurbishment and commissioning of the office in all respects · Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints · Handle Communication, phone and service providers · Monitor and present reports to leadership team on expenses, office budgets, housekeeping, vendor services, asset and stationary management and other expenditures. · Handle escalations of critical / complex issues. Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet project goals and get stakeholder buy-in for the proposed solution · Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members · Manage office lease / rent agreement maintenance, renewals or new requirements · Management and supervision of interior fit-outs, office design, and basic engineering concepts · Manage schedules and deadlines of all the routine Admin work Skills: · Team Player with Leadership Skills (Handled team size of 20 people and above) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skill · Negotiations & Networking · Good planning, organising, coordinating skills · Good communication & time management skills · Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word & PPT · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Languages Known-English,Tamil and Hindi Preferably an Ex-Servicemen with good Ranks Defence but not essential. Anyone without a defence background with good admin experience welcome. Location : Chennai Salary- 20 to 25lakhs Education: Graduate (Essential - mandatory), Civil or Mech Engineer or MBA – Desirable but not essential. Open to Travel
