Job description	: Position: Sr. Executive – MIS & Payroll Reports to: Manager HR Base location: Bangalore Job Description : Coordinating with Payroll provider for processing payroll for different regions (India/Africa/UAE). • Reconciliation of salary output register once processed . • Complete banking documentation and credit salary to the respective employees • Preparing salary summary for accounting purpose • To assist and support any internal or external Audits or reviews to completion • To coordinate with the Accounting team and do a analysis on month on month salary statement for 24 countries. • To coordinate with corporate HR desk and get the allocation of all group employees • To do a variance analysis against the HR budget vs Actual and provide a monthly variance report • To prepare the adhoc reports and streamline the monthly reports for the Group meeting requirements • Should have payroll experience of handling more than 4 countries • To prepare the HR budget manual for the group and to guide the HR business partners • Should have handled more than 5000 plus employee data on the allocation • Should have experience on the due diligence manpower data preparation Advanced proficiency in MS office Experience: 6+ years, Knowledge on payroll/MIS reporting/budgeting.
