Job description : Job Description: Executive- Travel Desk • Job Title: Executive- Travel Desk • Reporting to: Manager-Administration • Level: E1 • Location: Mumbai • Minimum Qualification: Graduation • Desired Qualification: B Com/BA • Age: 24-30 years • Required experience range: 2 to 5 years • Targeted industry: Any Purpose: Responsible for handling all travel related inquiries and provide a one-stop travel solution to all the stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Support Travel Desk arrangements Round the clock operations. a) Ticketing Air / Rail / Bus b) Domestic/International Hotel accommodation bookings after negotiating the best deal. c) Support in organizing various events such as seminars, conferences, etc. d) Handling Visa processing / Forex / Travel Insurances/ International & Domestic SIM e) Car Rental arrangements f) Processing all travel related invoices for vendors payment on timely basis. 2. Co-ordination with empaneled travel agencies for booking Air / Rail / Bus tickets on requirement of internal department/functions for official/business travel. Help design and create travel itineraries for stakeholders based on their requirements adhering to In-house travel policies and procedures. 3. Negotiate best tariffs with various travel service providers ensuring cost optimization and cost effectiveness. 4. Responsible for handling various travel budgets & event executions. 5. Coordinating with Finance for settling travel claims & monthly billing clearance. 6. Preparing monthly MIS and Periodical travel reports. 7. Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures adhering travel norms. 8. Drive continuous improvement of travel programs. 9. Any other Admin related job which will be assigned on time to time on need basis / business exigencies. 10. GST Compliance Desired Candidate’s Profile: 1. Should be graduate 2. Should have 2 to 5 years of experience 3. Should have good computer skills 4. Should have good communication skills and go-getter attitude 5. Should have prior experience in managing travel desk
