Experience of working with in companies with turnover of +Rs.500 Cr 5. Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment Role and Responsibilities 1. Work with senior management as part of Group Office 2. Develop financial plan and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business 3. Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue. 4. Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans. 5. Assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the business units. 6. Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximised returns and profit targets. 7. Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances. 8. Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals. 9. Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth. 10. Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
