Job description | : Job Title : DGM/GM (Admin + HR) Job Location : Pellet Plant, Koppal Experience : 10-15 Yrs Age : 40 years Qualification : MBA - HR / MSW (Full Time). Any degree (LLB/ BBL/ LLM/ MBL etc) of law is preferred. Job Requirements : • Should be well aware of the latest HR practices and should have sufficient knowledge to • Implement best practices of HR. • Experience in Strategic Planning and implementation • Experience of managing both blue collar and white collar employees. • Should have managed at least 2000 employees in more than 3 units. • Should have experience in manufacturing industry.
