Effectively partner with Institutions /level external stakeholders · Displays potential for growing to top management roles Role and Responsibilities · Be the primary contact person for the Board of Directors/Advisory Boards and Business Teams · Plan for various board meetings by compiling agendas, coordinating logistics and materials, compiling record notes/MOM · Ensure preparations for the board meetings – presentations, proposals and subsequent follow through on actions · Ensure alignment of key stakeholders across the organisation to the objectives and deliverables. · Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns identified by and/or addressed to the Board of Directors · Monitor Board communications calendar and coordinate with assigned staff to prepare and deliver their assignments · Any other work assigned to you from time to time
