| Job description | : Position: Executives - Export Documentation CTC: 2-3L pa / Negotiable for right candidates Experience: 1-2 years (Shipping Documentation / B/L Processing) Industry: Shipping/ FF/ Logistics / Cargo Work Location : JNTU – Hitech City Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500072 Candidates have experience in Customer Service or Documentation from Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Cargo Their prime responsibility would be to process Bill of Lading as per the shipping instructions and standard operating procedures, without any errors. They should possess good typing / key board skills with knowledge in shipping. Priority will be given to candidates who are residing near to Ashok Bhopal Chambers, S.P Road, Secunderabad. Freshers who have done shipping related courses Eg. IB/SCM/S&L also will be considered. Candidate should be available to join within us WITHIN A MONTH. Should have at least completed a batchelor degree with 10 + 2 + 3 pattern. • basic shipping knowledge particularly of Export documentation is preferred. • having good keyboard exposure/typing skills. • willing to work in flexible shifts including night shifts and comfortable with routine work environment. • having good command of the Business language. • must join with us within a month from the date of issuance of Offer letter (immediate joiners are most preferred). • staying in and around 15 km of radius from our office. Those who can relocate close to our office are also preferred. • should be optimistic, team player, broad-minded and exhibit strong moral values. Candidates should be ready to join with them within a month of issuing offer letters.
