Job description : Job Title : Manager- Modern Trade Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai Reporting to: : Sr. GM - Sales Team Size : 2 - 3 people • Distribution Set-up: Appointment of distributors for modern trade, Key accounts & CSD. • Plan & execute modern trade sales strategy for growth. • Align and execute trade and consumer promotions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business plan. • Listing of new products across modern trade chains. • Responsible for achieving planned sales through distributors. • Manage distributors by adequate stock inventory, timely submissions and settlement of claims. • Work within company's allocated promotional cost and ensure most effective spending in driving sales and strengthen brands. • Motivate and lead key accounts sales team to achieve desire objectives set by company. • Negotiate favourable TOT contracts with modern trade chains. • Ensure correct pricing of products and work closely with sales head GT and area managers overseeing traditional supermarkets and other retail outlets • Provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company. • Manage accounts receivables, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any. • To ensure timely dispatches from distributors to respective outlets & replacement with-in company policy. • Monitor sales promoters / merchandisers at modern trade outlets. • Sales Target / Forecasting: Plan / Sales estimates for CSD & support plan to deliver targets. • Manage and review outstation Key outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local sales management. • CSD Management: Finalize MOU / Terms of Trade with each CSD, Sales Estimates, and Promotions & Merchandising planning. • Any other assignment from time to time Qualification:- Any graduate / MBA Experience : 6-8 years CTC : Rs. 10.00 to 12.00 Lakh p.a.
