Job description	: Job Title : MEP Design Coordinator Job Location : Kolkotta Experience : 2-3 years CTC : Best in the Industry Minimum Experience – 2-3 years of experience in the similar industry / profile. Minimum Qualification – B E (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) Location : Selected candidates have to go training of 6months training in Bangalore and posting will be according to the requirement Primary Responsibilities of MEP Coordinators: The project shall be started by preparing the project directory in coordination with the team heads, making the communication protocol clear with the client. Understand commercial stages agreed with the client and document the technical stages required for the project, set the deliverable commitment after taking the entire MEP Design team members into confidence. Responsible for the project billing & meeting the monthly billing of the organization. Organize the meeting schedule, attend the project meetings, preparing MOM, site visits, Plan & Optimize the resource time for attending the meetings and bring technical clarity to facilitate the design process without losing out time on unnecessary changes back and forth. Collate & Compile all the documents in COMPANY format obtained from various MEP departments and go through the same for quality check. Any mismatch, design error, or lack of technical clarity shall be highlighted to the respective design engineer to address Track the project design development and update the COMPANY Project Commitment Track Sheet (PCTS) to ensure the quality deliverables within the committed time and ensure the billing as per the stage on time. • Involve/carry out the MEP drawing coordination at every stage and highlight the issues/clashes to the team members for correction. Drive the project from COMPANY end to get the commitment from internal COMPANY team members which is acceptable to the client and mediate the issues to build a healthy working relationship between COMPANY and Client. Escalate the matters/blow the whistle well in advance whenever the deliverables are not going to be honoured as committed. All the issues, internal & external conflicts to be resolved/updated to the management to provide right guidance for the project. Develop the market potential / identifying the business opportunities in your region and conclude the sale in favour of COMPANY. You will be responsible for business generation and operation of your region. You will be given a target on order booking, Billing and Collection of your region. Also note for out station candidates they will conduct skype interview and for local candidates they will conduct face to face interview For initial 1 week company ll arrange accommodation and then candidate needs to manage by his own.
