| Job description | : Provide support for key business systems (1st and 2nd Line Support) Experience of SQL Experience working with SharePoint Experience working with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) with the aim to amend or create reports upon request Basic working knowledge of PowerShell scripting (desired) Troubleshoot any issues as and when they arise Strong Analytical Skills Escalate calls to 3rd line support when required Ability to work independently and research available knowledge and solutions Support for Web based systems e.g. Intranet and external websites Adhere to business process and procedures when handling calls on the service desk A point of contact between the business units and development team. Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working. You may be asked from time to time be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position.
