| Job description | : Job Description We are looking for a qualified team leader with minimum 5 years experience ,to manage the team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You can work in a demanding and exciting environment that is creative and flexible, but still detail oriented and absolutely vital to the success and strength of the company. Responsibilities • Primary responsibility is to be an excellent technical hands on developer and be able to mentor other junior developers in the team on their programming tasks • Other responsibilities include o Develop enhancements and integrations to our existing platform. o Collaborate with architect for design and development of new projects. o Assist in refining and documenting requirements. o Implementing high-level requirements and to produce robust solutions, within predefined timelines, and scope limitations. o Participate in customer support processes. o Design and code all aspects of solutions based on the Microsoft .Net platform using company established practices and patterns. o Must have excellent application development skills and proven track record delivering well designed and complex solutions. o Demonstrated expertise in a variety of application development, technology concepts, practices, and procedures. o Must have passion for their work. o Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to work with overlap time of few hours with US customers is a plus. • 5 plus years work experience. • Programming using any three of the following technologies o C# .NET o MS SQL or any other RDBMS o ASP.Net, MVC Architecture o APIs, Web services/JSON or similar technologies o CSS, HTML or similar technologies o Javascript/jQuery, AJAX,BootStrap, Angular JS, Knockout or similar technologies o Mobile SDKs, Ionic framework or similar technologies • Should be strong in Object Oriented Concepts • Should be willing to learn, work hard and be dedicated • Good communication skills is a plus. • Willingness to work with overlap time of few hours with US customers is a plus Compensation will be better than industry average Job Type: Full-time Job Location:Chennai, Tamil Nadu |
