Job description : One of the top 5 Global logisitic company is looking for Manager - Shared services. The candidate should be a chartered accountant with 10+ years of experience. In the last 5 years he should have been working in a Shared services. He should be able to handle a large team. Should be strong in process. Position is based at Hyderabad. Budgeted CTC 30 lakhs p.a. Job Description •Lead a high performing Shared Services team with functions that includes finance & accounting, payroll, legal, Bid Modelling, Operations Analysis, Construction and Procurement. •Oversees the day-to-day operations of the SSC, Liaising with corporate senior management team, ensuring that all standards are met and procedures are followed. Establishes priorities and schedules of main activities. •Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with users of Shared Services and foster a collaborative and productive culture and work environment •Reviews and monitors SSC-related services to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective action or new approaches •Provide leadership for continued process improvement as well as an understanding of transactional processes and systems in order to effectively and successfully move the department forward; •Develop transactional processes in partnership with functional managers to ensure highly effective services; •Analyze and re-design Shared Services business processes, elicit and document requirements, test and validate technology solutions, and provide end user support; •Develops and implements new work methods and procedures of the SSC; recommends procedural changes to improve SSC efficiency and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions made by senior management •Prepares and monitors the SSC budget •Plans and monitors staffing overseeing recruitment and any other administrative functions related to the smooth functioning of the SSC •Supervises staff, managing performance, staff development, training and careers •Oversees and ensures the smooth functioning of information systems required to deliver the services and the definition and implementation of changes required to maintain the systems operational and fit for purpose. Supports system deployment activities to ensure smooth adoption by clients of the Centre. Training •Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure that Shared Services staff are well-versed and proficient in all technologies and processes used in Shared Services Metrics •Analyze data and information to identify performance levels, KPI, service trends, issues and opportunities for process and service level enhancement Minimum Qualifications: · Professionally Qualified Chartered accountant ( CA from ICAI only ) and MBA would be an added advantage · Atleast 5 years of experience to run a Shared Service Center for a leading organization · Considerable knowledge of business processes and systems · Deep understanding and appreciation for automation and the use of technology as an enabler of high quality services and performance levels · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated focus on customer service and compliance · Ability to transfer knowledge to co-workers in a collaborative and engaging manner · Strong analytical skills and experience and an understanding of how metrics and measures can drive innovation and service level quality
