Job description | : Position : GM/AVP - Sales Job Location : Hyderabad Reporting to : HO Sales Direct Reportees : 5-6 Direct Reports with overall team of 50 People. Hierarchy : Director - HOS - GM - RSM - ASM - Field force Recruitment Drive in 2nd week of April at Hyderabad. Key Responsibility : Overall P&L responsibility of the Region Overall administrative and People management of region Expansion of business portfolio across the region and penetration in new territory Managing Distribution network in Region. Scale up of distribution in existing territory Strategic inputs for sales promotions - ATL /BTL initiatives Strategic inputs for sales Target achievement and Expense Budgeting. Ensure Business Growth for - General Trade Collaborate with vertical Head for Growth for - Modern Trade and Institutions (HoReCa & CSD) Sales Team development and team building activities Manage Market Intelligence and Sales MIS periodically. Providing Regional inputs and flavour to strategic inputs from HO Establish and maintain appropriate performance management system for regional sales team. Ensure appropriate tracking and deployment of recruitment and training initiatives for the region in consult with HR Support expansion plan of WB Tea Lounge in the region Desired Profile: Graduate with MBA/PGDBM specialization in Sales / Marketing Well versed with geography of Western region and Goa . Exposure to South India will be desirable. 15 to 20 years of Experience preferably from FMCG Industry /Food Industry Between age group of 40 to 45 years Excellent communication skills Strong leadership skills Very good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills.
