| Job description | : Customer Service Anna Nagar, Chennai Singapore – working based in Chennai Job Description : 1)Arranging Booking to customer and Agent 2) Arranging the cargo Transportation and export permit documents and insurance (if any) 3) Any dispute regarding the booking must be taken care of (with respect to cargo collection /bl /charges ..etc etc.) 4) Communicate with transporter /haulier/warehouse regarding the shipment (if any needed) 5) Ensure cost and sell is updated in the system. 6) Sales support assistance for Sales Team (sourcing rates from carrier or co- loader or agent/ quoting to customer /communicating with customer /agent as required/preparing quotation ..etc ) 7) Cross trade shipments (air or sea – end to end process from rate quotation till job closing ) Must be very good in communication and soft skills. Preferable should have 4 + years experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping industry. Languages: Good in English is mandatory and candidate with Mandarin will be given more preference. Salary : Will be given best as per market standard based on Candidate performs and meets our requirement.
