X Workstation : Win 8 .1 , Win 10 Storage : Qnap, EMC Firewall : Virtual Private Network (VPN), NATPOLICY, ROUTING, Group Policy, Domain Name System (DNS) & Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Switch : Cisco Systems Products, Cisco Managed Router Antivirus : Symantec Endpoint Server Console Email : Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Office 365 Backup : Trilead, Dnf, Crashplan, Blackbox Printer : Hi-End Network Printer & Barcode Printer Expert & Skill : Network Administrator, Domain Control, Active Directory, Group Policy Responsibilities • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks, workstation and in-house servers. • Recommend upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment. • Set permissions for access,assign different levels of access to different level of authority. • Monitoring and maintaining of all the Hardware and Software in the organization. • Must maintain all the computers in good standing, protecting each and every work station from Virus 7 Ransomware and update it regularly. • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords. • Resolve problems reported by end user. • Define network policies and procedures. • Train users on hardware and software. • Oversee local area network and wide area network. • Provide on-call support when needed. • Complete troubleshooting of both Software and Hardware problems. • Maintain complete technical documentation. • Maintain UPS system. • Monitoring of NVR System with daily recording. Special Working Condition • May require periodic travel to branches offices. • Will require services on regularly scheduled weekend-network/ system maintenance work.
