| Job description | : Sr. Executive - Global Claim Mumbai Key Responsibilities : # Receiving and registering Claims in system # Co-ordinating and Collecting information and documents from various agency offices across globe and various stakeholders # Scrutinizing these documents thoroughly for its completeness # Verifying the correctness of information on such documents # In case of missing documents, coordinating with offices for procuring the missing documents # Preparing and maintaining tracker for daily followup # Forwarding the claims file to Head Offices # Co-ordinating with Head office, agencies & third party # Adhering to the Standard Operating Proceedure  Minimum 2 yr of experience in Shipping/Logistics Industry  Good working Knowledge of Marine Cargo Claims Candidates should willing to work in a rotational shift including night shifts.
