| Job description | : Company Secretary Mumbai 5-15 years experience Responsibility of timely compliance with the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013, NBFC, SEBI Rules & Regulations and other Securities and Corporate laws applicable to Listed, Unlisted Public / Private companies, which shall include: • Conducting Board, Committees and Shareholders Meetings which includes drafting of notice of meetings, agenda notes, resolutions and minutes of aforesaid meetings • Maintaining statutory registers and records prescribed under the Statutes • Filing of various forms and returns with Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India • Payment of dividend to shareholders • Preparation of Annual Report • Redressal of investors complaint • Liaising with statutory auditors, cost auditors, secretarial auditors, internal auditors for meeting their audit requirements • Liaising with statutory, regulatory and administrative authorities suck as ROC, Stock Exchanges, RBI, SEBI, High Courts, Regional Directors, Official Liquidators, Banks, Stamp Office etc. • Issue and enlistment of securities • Improving overall Corporate Governance level • ESOP monitoring and compliances • Overseas companies compliance (ODI / FDI) Interested candidates can send their updated word format resume along with these details to shashi@busisol.net Total Experience : Current CTC : Expectation : Notice Period : For further details please feel free to call on : 9632132724 (Ms. Shashi Narayan) |
