Job description | : No. Job Description Details 1 Long Idling Cntrs Management Overall monitoring of Import long idling cntrs for IHQ (HND+PKT+SRI). Liason with respective offices, cnee's for clearance. Liasion with HQ, Advocates for writ petitions. Many prolonged cntrs freed by way of clearance/auction/devan by stetenous follow-up. Doing reporting HQ/SHQ/Local Mgnt on regular basis including removal of O/S Det + Frt cases. 2 Detention Management Proficient;y monitoring & controlling DET Invoicing for IHQ. Resolving all f/t issues, accomplished tough waiver negotiations to maximize detn recovery. Acting as key person for all kinds of report/queries raised by local+Origin ofcs/HQ/SHQ wrt detn matters. Involves in carrying out market surveys for revision in detn tariffs. 3 I/B Documentation Dept. Management Hv prominently monitored & effectively managed entire IGM activities of Docs dept to ensure timely & error free igm filing alongwith its relevant reports. Involved in assisting team for checkings & other IGM activities on regular basis. Strongly battled work-load with team memebrs during mass resignation within dept by mutual coordination during heavy work pressure. 4 Correspondence / System Enhancement Timely correspondences done & ensured prompt responses to all mails . Monitor wrt requirement for system enhancement. Monitoring overall N. India Docs including SBMA agency. 5 Port / Custom / CFS Activity Liason with CFS, Concor, MBPT for early disposal of long idling cntrs or its related matter or any queries raised. 6 Claims Monitoring & ensuring timely actions taken for all Cargo-claims related matters as guided by HQ Leg & Ins dept. Collaborating with Lawyers on legal aspects for Inbound. 7 Reports / Feedbacks / Reviewals / Survey Involved in preparing for all sorts of reports / feedbacks / Surveys etc as required by Shq / HQ & local Mgmt. Hv acquainted & timely reported of any new procedures, tariff, documents, custom/port notifications etc . Hv ensured to maintain desired standard of reporting. 8 IHQ T&D Overall handling of traffic & docs related matters for IHQ & guiding relevant offices for smooth processes. 9 Front Desk handling Oftenly facilitated Front Desk for signing of delivery orders & other front desk related activities. 10 Refunds Monitoring its timely process & ensure immediate settlement & accdly all refund processed on time. |
