Job description : JD – Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts Finance & Accounts • Providing guidance to the team and streamlining & updating the systems and controls from time to time. • To closely monitor the IOUs & Cash Expenses. • To ensure all the payments / contracts are as duly authorized by positions as mentioned in Authority Matrix. • Ensure statutory obligations are met. • Approval of Sales Bills. • Managing & Monitoring Cash Flow. This includes monitoring of receivables and to follow credit policy of the Company. System • Oversee implementation and smooth functioning of systems. • Following laid down systems, Manuals & SOPs of the Company. • To co-ordinate with system administrator for any software related issues. MIS • Timely preparation and presentation of MIS – Monthly Profit & Loss A/c. & other MIS jointly with Operation Co-ordinator. • Making analysis of the MIS and suggest the measures to be taken for overall improvement in Financial Management with special thrust on cost reduction & optimization of Financial resources. Audit & Taxation • Consolidation of Financials on Quarterly & Yearly basis. • Discussing reports with auditors, & ensure efficient closure of the same. • To focus on the IFC requirements & compliance for all location of the Division. • Timely and efficient audit, which includes Monthly, Statutory & Tax Audit. • To co-ordinate with the tax team to ensure all the necessary changes are updated in the system based on current notification/changes • To ensure timely submission of GST, TDS & other tax reports to the Corporate tax team. General • Ensuring Proper filing of Documents / Audit File. • To maintain & improve interpersonal relationship within & outside the Department. • To build team spirit & motivate team members for their optimum output. • To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner. • Organise system of department wise meetings with a strong focus on review of performance and address issues and problems faced by the concerned department. • As a Manager to carry out such jobs and other connected or incidental jobs, which are necessary due to exigencies of companies work and business requirements. Also to carry out such jobs those are within capabilities and / or work in any other post which may be temporarily assigned. • To visit the Branches / working sites of the Group on need basis for training & supervision to ensure that uniform practice & common understanding is prevailing at all locations. Budget Max 15 Lakh
