| Job description | : Position: Supervisor – E- way billing Supervisor – Invoicing Location: Pellet Plant, Halavarthy, Koppal ( 380 km away from Bangalore) Experience: 3-4 Yrs Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate No of Position: Supervisor – E- way billing -01 Supervisor – Invoicing -01 Probable Salary Range: 2 – 2.20 LPA Job Description: • Issuing loading slips according to the available balance in the Balance to Load sheet sent from Marketing Section, Corporate Office. • The loading slips should be duly signed by the Marketing-Supervisor. • Raising invoices after the second weighment slip, duly signed by the weighbridge operator-1 and the Security present at the weighbridge-2. • Signing the Invoices after authorization issued by the Central Excise. • Maintaining records and documents. • Data entered in invoices should be correct and if any error occurred then the same to be brought to the notice of the VP-Pellet Plant and HOD. • Before loading should verify the documents (loading slip, First weighment slip etc). • Must ensure that the truck is loaded safely and properly with required grade and quantity. • After loading, the trip sheet to be signed. The grade loaded to be mentioned and one copy to be retained to check with the records in the weighbridge at the end of the shift. • Only the material which has QC approval is to be loaded. • Maintaining the records of the machinery used, trucks loaded and stock available for loading. • A register containing the details of quantity loaded, grade dispatched to each customer is to be maintained. • Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
