Job description | : Prospecting, closing and servicing: Follow-up and conversion on all existing leads. Travel to customer location for meetings (within the same city) Set appointments, listen to customer needs, maintain regular follow-ups and bring the lead to closure Meet the sales targets consistently month after month Complete post sales documentation and query handling Stay up-to-date on our product and on competition’s products. Provide regular feedback to the Sales manager based on customer inputs. Generating leads: Assist Sales manager in generating leads through new channels/partnerships Get referrals from existing leads and customers to generate new leads Prospect new customers for meetings/store visits through calling/emails. Managing end-to-end operations: Ensure all sales processes are followed, and that the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to Coordinate with procurement & finance teams and ensure that customer receives the vehicle as per promised timelines Be the interface between Revv and the customer to resolve any queries/escalations Deliver the highest quality of customer satisfaction Maintaining sales documentation, operations data and MIS: Ensure all the sales documentation are fully and accurately maintained Prepare regular MIS of sales activity Profile and skills expected from the candidate are as follows: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in current organization. This is the most important criterion, please do not apply unless you meet this. Experience of 3-5 years in B2C sales (preferably in banking, insurance sector) Strong levels of persistence and follow-up to "close the deal" Demonstrated ability to perform basic calculations (e.g., EMI calculations) High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management Outstanding integrity and adherence to high professional standards Skilled in MS Word and Excel Interested Candidates Can forward your resume to amrita@busisol.net |
