| Job description | :  Planning for Production: • Plan and achieve monthly Production Budget as per Sales requirement • Shift and manpower planning • To monitor and achieve all critical budgeted operational parameters such as machine output rates, power and labour costs etc. • To produce zero defect product • Maintaining daily reports and records • Proper communication with service departments like Maintenance. Stores and QC to get expected production. • To constantly look for ways for improvement in the production processes  Inspection & Validity of Products: • To maintain identification and traceability of the in process and finished products • To ensure that the final products are conforming to the requirements • To take required corrective and preventive action for the products declared non-conforming.  Environment, Health & Safety: • To build awareness of EHS in plant • To ensure compliance under various rules & regulations as applicable to the plant are adhered. • To follow the system laid down for safe practices / safety rules. • To follow the work instructions, standard operating procedures, operational controls, Operational control procedures. • Use relevant personal protective equipment’s. • Engineering graduate specializing in chemical/Polymer / Rubber/Plastics/Chemical technology preferred • Age - 25-30years. Experience of 4-6 years in polymers compounding,molding or extrusion industry Technical Competencies:  Strong focus on cost optimization  Innovative thinking to design and execute production plan and increase productivity  Hands on experience of managing workers  High on data analytics  Behavioral Competencies:  High on Integrity  Should have excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English,Marathi & Hindi.  Result Orientation  Proactive  Hands on experience in managing a team 5-6 Lakhs |
