| Job description | : KEY DELIVERABLE'S : Ø Sales & Marketing of Nylon, composite products and other engineering plastic compounds Ø Marketing & Business Development with moulding, extrusion sectors and plastic composite applications Ø Applications development by working closely with the end industry Ø Sales management with Key Accounts and direct customers, India / Export sales Ø Distribution management and Order planning on Monthly and Quarterly basis Ø Receivables collection Ø Customer Relationship management Ø Understanding technical requirements of customers and facilitating the right product with the help of technical team Ø Visiting customers and markets and preparing timely visit reports Ø Market intelligence, competitor mapping, market trends Ø Coordinating with plants and internal logistics teams Ø Preparing MIS reports and presentation for the management TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES : Ø High on Business acumen and analytics Ø Managing Sales and Channel Management Ø Techno-commercial Marketing Ø Good presentation skills Ø Effective use of internet, magazines, social media for market development BEHAVIORIAL COMPETENCIES : Ø High on Integrity Ø Strong Influencing Skills Ø Strong inter-personal skills with internal & external stakeholders Ø Should have excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English and Hindi Ø Assertive Ø Result Orientation Ø Proactive Ø Ability to work as a team player and individually under tight time-frames |
